Changed to new nameservers due to server replacement by website hosting company (no front end change). No cost.  One broken link on website.

• New application form - copy emailed to all Committee members for their use
• Discussion:

o    Rotary Market – 2^nd December – Opportunity to promote OGCA with – need a lead and volunteers. (about 2 hours 9-11)

o    Material & Equip required, tent/shelter, OGCA Banner, Table, chairs, Membership Applications, one page flyer/handout (on reverse of application)

• Lions – Waiting advice back from Howard Deane/ MH
• Rotary – Verbal advice - Not available for 2018/2019 Summer season markets.

Ocean Grove Principal Pedestrian Network

• 16/10 COGG (Aaron McGlade) advised that council staff will be briefing Council on 20 Nov on the proposed special charge to fund the PPN and will provide an update the Community after that.

Traffic Matters (VicRoads/COGG)                

• Last meeting Monday 8 October 2018 at VicRoads – Minutes distributed previously
• Next meeting 25 Feb 2019 9:00am
• Waiting feedback from COGG on Grubb Rd path (Agenda Item 5.7.4), Wallington Road & Thacker St.

• Region Roads Victoria community engagement 9 Oct – outputs if know.Good community attendance – about 70.
• Waiting RRV feedback.

• PE attended BHA Parking meeting 26/10. Attendance incl RRV, COGG & Barwon Coast CEO.RRV briefed their plan for improving traffic flow through Barwon Heads & OG in the peak period.Copy of their draft minutes sent separately.
